I agree about the glut of self-pubbed books that make it so difficult for an indie author who is trying to get a book noticed. I'm one of those indie authors who has had a few books traditionally published and has not been able to snag an agent or a new publisher when mine stopped publishing mysteries some years ago. <br /><br />I support authors on my blog and invite indie authors to submit books for review. Sadly, I have to decline to review many of those due to poor story telling and/or no editing. Now, I work mainly through a couple of PR agents who send me clients' books for review.
